Ready to swoon? Boy band Big Time Rush just dropped their more-addictive-than-crack new single ‘Music Sounds Better With U’ featuring Mann. Woohoo! The fab foursome debuted the beat-driven track via Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Friday, and it’ll get your toes tapping. It’s still polished and pretty pop like we expect from this quartet, but it’s more club-tacular than we’re used to.

It’s also a lyrical declaration about the redemptive power of music and how sharing it with a loved one makes it sound better. It encompasses that whole young love/mixtape mentality. Oh, you know, share your favorite songs with the boy or girl you’re crushing on so they can “get” what you are about. Music is a universal connector and language we all speak, and ‘Music Sounds Better With U’ makes that point via a fluffy, confectionery pop song with a a bridge sung by ‘The Mack‘ rapper Mann.

The boys sing about when “Things get so bad / You’ve got my back / And you make me wanna sing,” once again illustrating the point about how your infinite playlist is as attractive and has the same effect as a pheromone to the opposite sex.

The song lives on the band’s upcoming sophomore album ‘Elevate,’ which will land on Nov. 21.

One of the best Duran Duran song since the 80’s. “Girl Panic!” is the latest single from their thirteenth album “All You Need Is Now”. The name of the band is from a character of Roger Vadim's sci-fi classic movie “Barbarella”.

 This one of the first songs after their recent “comeback”, and with it they try to return to their original 80’s sound. Groups that have a huge history in the music industry really shouldn’t chase the trends, since everybody loves them for what they are and they should stick to that.

Adele has had her songs covered on Glee before — Gwyneth Paltrow sang “Turning Tables” and Rachel and Jesse St. James busted out John Legend’s a cappella version of “Rolling In the Deep” — but this mash-up of 21 tracks “Rumour Has It” and “Someone Like You” (from the November 15 episode “Mash Up”) might honestly be one of the best performances to come out of the show. (Ah, Adele — so good, she can improve Glee.) Have chills sent up your spine by watching Santana, Mercedes and the rest of their all-girl show choir below.

The choreography is captivating, and Santana (Naya Rivera) in particular sounds fantastic belting out Adele’s sorrowful song (while throwing lady love Brittany meaningful glances throughout the number). Though “Rumour Has It” was nixed as the third single in favor of “Set Fire To The Rain” (inevitably to be covered on Glee at some point), we hope this performance secures its spot as the singer’s fourth US single.

Also, can we point out that Adele is so awesome, she’s had multiple songs that weren’t even singles become so popular they were covered on Glee?

This one would have been better for me to post yesterday but it’s never too late for dopeness… this time courtesy of someone really starting to make noise, Don Trip. This track is over a year old as far as I know but a new video for “Letter To My Son” was just released yesterday (Father’s Day). In the track, Don Trip depicts his baby mama drama and anguish and struggles of a father trying desperately to spend more time with his young son.

The video, directed by Joe “Yung Spike” Gotti has gone viral.
